Tuesday Video Break – Krosfyah – Pump meh up!

I love the Caribbean and I was fortunate enough to spend several years living in the region many moons ago. Not only do I absolutely LOVE the fabulous West Indian cuisine (they sure know how to cook!!!), the music is just phenomenal. Krosfyah is my favorite band in the West Indies, and here’s one of my very favorite songs… Pump meh up… it makes me happy… Enjoy!
